Step 1

How to request deletion

Email us from the address registered to your Granny Rewards account. Sending it from your registered address is the fastest way for us to confirm the account is yours.

Delete my account

Closes your account and deletes the personal data linked to it.

Email support@grannyrewards.com

Include in your email

  • • The subject line “Account Deletion Request”
  • • The email address or mobile number registered to your account
  • • Your referral code or User ID, if you know it

Want your personal data removed but your account kept open? Email privacy@grannyrewards.com instead. If you no longer have access to your registered address, email us anyway and we'll ask for other details to confirm your identity.

Step 2

What happens next

  1. 1We confirm we received your request, usually within 2 business days.
  2. 2We verify that the request comes from the account owner.
  3. 3Your account is closed and your personal data is deleted from our active systems within 30 days. Residual copies are removed from encrypted backups within 90 days.
  4. 4We email you to confirm once the deletion is complete.

Deleting is permanent

Any unredeemed coin balance, pending rewards and pending withdrawals are forfeited when your account is deleted. Redeem or withdraw anything you want to keep before you send your request.

Erased from our systems

  • Your profile — name, email address, mobile number and profile photo
  • Your account credentials and sign-in identifiers
  • Your coin balance, earning history and transaction history
  • Your referral code, referral links and referral relationships
  • Device identifiers, push notification tokens and app usage data
  • Support messages and correspondence linked to your account

Transparency

What we keep, and why

We keep a limited amount of information after your account is deleted, only where we're required or permitted to by law. It's kept only as long as necessary for that purpose, then deleted.

Completed payouts, redemptions and gift card orders

Kept to meet our legal, tax, accounting and audit obligations for the period required by law. Your personal details are stripped from these records — only the transaction itself remains.

Records needed to prevent fraud and abuse

Kept to stop deleted accounts being used to bypass fraud controls, to resolve disputes, and to enforce our terms.

Aggregated or anonymised data

Kept for reporting and analytics. This data can no longer be used to identify you.

As described in our Privacy Policy, deletion doesn't change or remove personal information already shared with third parties as permitted in that policy.
